MyMetergy Customer Portal FAQs

I am already registered on MyMetergySolutions.com. Will I need to reset my password?
Yes. Customers who are currently registered on MyMetergySolutions.com are required to reset their password. To reset your password, please click here and make sure of the following:
- Please make sure you have the email address that goes with your profile.
- After you enter and submit your email address, Metergy Solutions will send a verification code to your inbox.
- Enter the verification code.
- Choose a new password. Your password must include the following:
- At least one UPPERCARE letter
- At least one LOWERCASE letter
- At least one number
- At least one of the following special characters (@#%^$-_=)
- At least 8 characters long
- No more than 30 characters long

I have never used MyMetergySolutions.com to check my bill and account information. How do I sign up?
Visit our registration page. You will need the following to set up your account:
- Your acount number
- Your Bill ID (located in the lower right portion of your bill next to your Account Number)
If you are a new customer and have not received your new bill or a CVN, or cannot locate the above information, we are here to help. Please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-866-449-4423 or email CustomerCare@MetergySolutions.com.
What has changed on the Customer Portal?
Almost everything. The new Customer Portal features include:
- Better stability
- More self-serve options including payment reminders
- Easy enrollment for pre-authorized payment and flexible payment options including credit card
- Enhanced performance
- Increased reliability
- Mobile-friendly platform
- Easy access to different accounts and detailed usage history
What new features are available on the Customer Portal?
The new features include:
- Improved navigation and user experience
- Easy pre-authorized payment enrollment and autopay reminders
- A clear and detailed report to help you understand your bill and monthly energy usage
How do I set up auto-payments with my credit card?
If you are a registered user (see instructions above), you will be able to use the new “Wallet” feature. This can be found in the top right menu. The Wallet feature allows you to safely, securely and easily save your payment methods and make payments on your account.
How do I set up payment reminders?
If you are a registered user (see instructions above), go to the “Notifications” section to enroll for payment reminders. You can also confirm the status of any payments here. If you are enrolled in AutoPay, you can receive notifications on when your autopayment is scheduled and completed.
