What has changed on the bill?

Your bill has been redesigned with bright and colourful graphics. The new format makes it easy to read and locate your account information and billing summary. It also provides a clear snapshot of your energy use. These changes are part of our commitment to ensure you can easily view and manage your utility bill.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my usage?


If you have questions about your usage, we are here to help. Please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-866-449-4423 or email CustomerCare@metergysolutions.com.

Can I pay my bill using my credit card?


Starting this summer, we will offer our customers flexible payment options, including pre-authorized payment and credit card, through our Customer Portal. If you are not already a registered user on our Customer Portal, please visit our registration page. You will need the following to set up your account:
  1. Your account number
  2. Your Bill ID (located in the lower right portion of your bill next to your Account Number)
If you cannot locate your Bill ID, you can use the Customer Verification Number (CVN) that was sent to you by email or provided in your welcome package, when your account was set up.

How do I change my payment option?


If you are already a registered user on our Customer Portal, please visit MyMetergySolutions.com to change your payment option. If you are not registered user on our Customer Portal, please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-866-449-4423. We would be happy to help you make this change to your account.

You will need your account number to confirm your account and update your payment information. This can be found on the top righthand corner of your most recent bill.
