Call Centre temporarily closed for maintenance

Please note that the Call Centre will be closed for maintenance from September 17, 12:00 PM to September 18, 8:00 AM EST.
If you are calling regarding a disconnection, please select the appropriate option in our IVR menu to be directed to the Collections Department for immediate assistance.
For all other inquiries, we encourage you to use mymetergysolutions.com, where you can:
- Complete a move-out request
- Check your current balance
- Review your usage history
- View bills and payments
- Make payments via EZ-Pay
- Enroll in autopay (pre-authorized payments)
- View your current rates
- Sign up for e-bill notifications
If you don’t yet have a Metergy account, you can set one up by completing a new service request at www.metergysolutions.com/new-service-setup.
